We have been serving Northeast Ohio since 1955. Owned and operated by President Bill Amidon, Ashtabula Office Equipment, Inc. operates from a 10,000 sq. ft. facility on Main Avenue in Ashtabula.

We pride ourselves on our exceptional service and customer support. The storefront and service department are open from 8 - 5 Monday through Friday, however orders are accepted 24/7 via E-mail or fax.

Our staff is trained not only to just take your orders, but to help you with the correct products to fit your needs. If you have a question or a problem, we will always go out of our way to help.

TERMS OF SALE
Delivery is FREE in Ashtabula County on orders totaling $40.00 or more (via Ashtabula Office Equipment's existing weekly county delivery schedule only). Furniture deliveries outside of Ashtabula County that cannot be shipped UPS will be delivered per special quote. All other deliveries will ship via UPS at actual cost. Applicable sales tax will apply. If you are tax-exempt, we must have your tax-exempt form on file before shipping. Stocked items will be shipped usually within 24 hours excluding weekends & holidays. Special orders & non-stocked items require additional time.

CREDIT TERMS
We accept cash, credit cards, or good company check. Corporate cards welcome. Check orders will not be released until check clears bank unless you are an established and current account with us.
Open account applications are available on request. All tentative accounts will be on a cash, check, or credit card basis until your application has been approved. Please contact us with any specific questions with regard to credit policies. It is management's sole discretion to grant open account status & modify credit terms at any time; orders will not be shipped to overdue accounts.

RETURNS / DISCLAIMERS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! You have up to 30 days for returns or exchange. Simply call and we will assist you! Please note that special order merchandise items & assembled items are are not returnable. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all costs returning merchandise to our store location. Pick ups can be arranged at additional charge.
